Nat Christian wrote, directed and produced \u201cMONDAY MORNING<\/strong>\u201d a drama set within a political campaign and the harsh realities of Los Angeles\u2019s homeless community. Monday Morning received a theatrical release at Laemmle Theaters. Monday Morning won the \u201cBest Feature Film Award at the Long Island Film Festival, and was the Official Selection at others. It featured Victor Browne, Molly Kidder, Jessica Spotts, Cevin Middleton, Ken Melchior, Robert Axelrod, Nick Cimiluca, Robert Pike Daniel, Heather Hall and Nat.<\/p>\n

Nat directed, produced his existential screenplay \u201cCHANNELS<\/strong>\u201d, which he acted in along with Kim Oja, Ed Asner, John Kassir, Taylor Negron and Joan Van Ark. Channels was an official selection at various film festivals. Nat received the auteur award at the WSFF.<\/p>\n

Nat directed and produced \u201cFOR HEAVEN\u2019S SAKE<\/strong>\u201d, starring Florence Henderson, Allison Lange, David Paetkau. The movie was an official selection at various film festivals.<\/p>\n

Nat\u2019s directorial debut came when Jerry Orbach (Law and Order), read one of Nat\u2019s screenplays, \u201dCALIFORNIA CASANOVA\u201d<\/strong>, and offered to play the lead role in it which brought about the financing. Along with Jerry Orbach, the cast included Audrey Landers, Tyrone Power Jr. Bryan Genesse, Ken Kercheval, Michelle Johnson.<\/p>\n

Nat was then asked to direct the production company\u2019s other feature, a zany comedy, \u201cCLUB FED<\/strong>\u201d featuring Karen Black, Judy Landers, Burt Young, Sherman Hemsley, Allen Garfield, Lance Kinsey, Joe Campanella.<\/p>\n

Nat was the Story Consultant on \u201cTHE DUKE<\/strong>\u201d (Buena Vista). He sold several screenplays and has consulted on others. Nat wrote the feature \u201c700 Hill\u201d for Monterrey Pictures, which is in development.<\/p>\n

Prior to directing and writing, Nat studied filmmaking in college. He was asked by classmates to act in their student projects. He then studied with some of the top acting coaches in the industry and was soon cast in local plays, receiving critical acclaim and awards, and landed running roles on TV including \u201cGeneral Hospital<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cThe Young and the Restless<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cDays of Our Lives.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n

Nat resides in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n
